Resolved, That congress has no power, under the constitution, to interfere with or control the domestic institutions of the several states, and that such states are the sole and proper judges of everything appertaining to their own affairs, not prohibited by the constitution; that all efforts by abolitionists or others, made to induce congress to interfere with questions of slavery, or to take incipient steps in relation thereto, are calculated to lead to the most alarming and dangerous consequences, and that all such efforts have an inevitable tendency to diminish the happiness of the people, and endanger the stability and permanency of the union, and ought not to be countenanced by any friend to our political institutions.-1840 Democratic Party Platform May 6, 1840

Resolved, That the foregoing proposition covers, and was intended to embrace, the whole subject of slavery agitation in Congress; and therefore the democratic party of the Union, standing on this national platform, will abide by and adhere to a faithful execution of the acts known as the compromise measures settled by the last Congress—”the act for reclaiming fugitives from service or labor” included; which act, being designed to carry out an express provision of the constitution, cannot, with fidelity thereto be repealed nor so changed as to destroy or impair its efficiency.

Resolved, That the democratic party will resist all attempts at renewing, in congress or out of it, the agitation of the slavery question, under whatever shape or color the attempt may be made.” -1852 Democratic Party Platform June 1, 1852

Resolved, That we reiterate with renewed energy of purpose the well considered declarations of former Conventions upon the sectional issue of Domestic slavery, and concerning the reserved rights of the States.

1. That Congress has no power under the Constitution, to interfere with or control the domestic institutions of the several States, and that such States are the sole and proper judges of everything appertaining to their own affairs, not prohibited by the Constitution; that all efforts of the abolitionists, or others, made to induce Congress to interfere with questions of slavery, or to take incipient steps in relation thereto, are calculated to lead to the most alarming and dangerous consequences; and that all such efforts have an inevitable tendency to diminish the happiness of the people and endanger the stability and permanency of the Union, and ought not to be countenanced by any friend of our political institutions.

2. That the foregoing proposition covers, and was intended to embrace the whole subject of slavery agitation in Congress; and therefore, the Democratic party of the Union, standing on this national platform, will abide by and adhere to a faithful execution of the acts known as the compromise measures, settled by the Congress of 1850; “the act for reclaiming fugitives from service or labor,” included; which act being designed to carry out an express provision of the Constitution, cannot, with fidelity thereto, be repealed, or so changed as to destroy or impair its efficiency.

3. That the Democratic party will resist all attempts at renewing, in Congress or out of it, the agitation of the slavery question under whatever shape or color the attempt may be made.

4. That the Democratic party will faithfully abide by and uphold, the principles laid down in the Kentucky and Virginia resolutions of 1798, and in the report of Mr. Madison to the Virginia Legislature in 1799; that it adopts those principles as constituting one of the main foundations of its political creed, and is resolved to carry them out in their obvious meaning and import.

And that we may more distinctly meet the issue on which a sectional party, subsisting exclusively on slavery agitation, now relies to test the fidelity of the people, North and South, to the Constitution and the Union—

1. Resolved, That claiming fellowship with, and desiring the co-operation of all who regard the preservation of the Union under the Constitution as the paramount issue—and repudiating all sectional parties and platforms concerning domestic slavery, which seek to embroil the States and incite to treason and armed resistance to law in the Territories; and whose avowed purposes, if consummated, must end in civil war and disunion, the American Democracy recognize and adopt the principles contained in the organic laws establishing the Territories of Kansas and Nebraska as embodying the only sound and safe solution of the “slavery question” upon which the great national idea of the people of this whole country can repose in its determined conservatism of the Union—NON-INTERFERENCE BY CONGRESS WITH SLAVERY IN STATE AND TERRITORY, OR IN THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.

2. That this was the basis of the compromises of 1850 confirmed by both the Democratic and Whig parties in national Conventions—ratified by the people in the election of 1852, and rightly applied to the organization of Territories in 1854.

3. That by the uniform application of this Democratic principle to the organization of territories, and to the admission of new States, with or without domestic slavery, as they may elect—the equal rights, of all the States will be preserved intact; the original compacts of the Constitution maintained inviolate; and the perpetuity and expansion of this Union insured to its utmost capacity of embracing, in peace and harmony, every future American State that may be constituted or annexed, with a republican form of government.

Resolved, That we recognize the right of the people of all the Territories, including Kansas and Nebraska, acting through the legally and fairly expressed will of a majority of actual residents, and whenever the number of their inhabitants justifies it, to form a Constitution, with or without domestic slavery, and be admitted into the Union upon terms of perfect equality with the other States.” -1856 Democratic Party Platform June 2, 1856

It is a DOCUMENTED, HISTORICAL FACT that white liberals have an affinity for slavery, and the oppression of others, based on the color of their skin.
liberals profit from slavery
It is a DOCUMENTED, HISTORICAL FACT that they prevented black slaves from learning how to read, because they thought it would show them what the true circumstances under which they lived really were. It is a DOCUMENTED, HISTORICAL FACT that blacks fought for the white supremacist, terrorist para-state known as the Confederacy,
flag-vs-rag
because they were too ignorant to know they were slaves, and that they had the right to not be treated the way they were.

Now, in the year 2016, virtually nothing has changed.  Blacks are still joining the political party that created the traitorous abomination called the Confederacy,
confederate vp on slavery
all because they are too fucking stupid to realize that they are still slaves.  In the backs of their minds they know, but they’re not smart enough to bring their suspicions front and center.  So, as their subconscious minds mull over this, it influences their behavior, making them crave the power they believe whites have over them, so they can use it to oppress – and even murder – them.  This is where terrorist organizations like Black Lives Matters comes from; a pack of infantile, infantilized blacks looking to get a cheap, free leg up on everybody else.  And they’re not the only ones.  Latinos join, because they want to be “the power”.  Asians join, because they want to ‘be in charge’.  Etc.  And all tell the lie that the Slave Party watches out for ethnic minorities in the United States.  Yeah, their political party’s planks really tell that story.  In short, the Slave Party is schizophrenic.  A kluged Frankenstein’s monster of stolen parts that actually hate each other.  Under the candy-coating thin veneer of civility – or even respect – the whites hate the blacks, the blacks hate the whites, the Asians hate everyone, the Latinos hate them, etc.

Now, all of these groups have found a new banner to rally under:  socialism.  Yes, socialism.
“Socialism is the philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy.” —Perth, Scotland, 28 May 1948, in Churchill, Europe Unite: Speeches 1947 & 1948 (London: Cassell, 1950), 347.
“The inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings. The inherent virtue of Socialism is the equal sharing of miseries.” —House of Commons, 22 October 1945.
(It should be noted that England is a socialist shithole, now.)
What was considered impossible, before, has no become possible.
The American People will take Socialism, but they won’t take the label. I certainly proved it in the case of EPIC. Running on the Socialist ticket I got 60,000 votes, and running on the slogan to ‘End Poverty in California’ I got 879,000. I think we simply have to recognize the fact that our enemies have succeeded in spreading the Big Lie. There is no use attacking it by a front attack, it is much better to out-flank them.”  -Upton Sinclair
Socialism has been given all kinds of happy faces, in order to cover up the ugliness and evil behind the mask, including the laughable “Democratic Socialism”.
Make no mistake:  socialism is just the newest way the American New Left believes they can take over the country, and destroy everyone they claim to tolerate.
william f buckley

“Liberals claim to want to give a hearing to other views, but then are shocked and offended to discover that there are other views.”

Anyone that claims they want socialism to help Mankind is either lying, or just stupid. And if they’re lying, it’s because they think you’re the stupid one.  Socialism has very little utility.  If you accept socialist government, you’re either envious of those that have better lives, and want to take from them, to make your own life better.  Or, you’re looking to have the power to take away from one, and give to the other
From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.”
Remember:
A government big enough to give you everything you want, is a government big enough to take away everything that you have.”
And while you’re remembering that, remember this:
Vladimir-Lenin
Democracy is indispensable to socialism.”
AND:
The goal of socialism is communism.”
The goal of many socialists is to become the objects of
A government big enough to give you everything you want, is a government big enough to take away everything that you have.”
…and not to be the people living under the handouts.
Anyhow, why am I bringing all these things up?  Because Venezuela, the cause celeb of the New Left in the US – especially scum like Danny Glover and Sean Pendejo – has done it, again!

Venezuela has a new ‘forced labor’ law that can require people to work in fields

July 28, 2016 | 5:41 pm

International human rights activists are complaining that new laws have introduced forced labour in Venezuela.

“A new decree establishing that any employee in Venezuela can be effectively made to work in the country’s fields as a way to fight the current food crisis is unlawful and effectively amounts to forced labor,” Amnesty International said in a statement released on Thursday.

President Nicolás Maduro signed a decree at the end of last week that gives powers to the labor ministry to order “all workers from the public and private sector with enough physical capabilities and technical know-how” to join a government drive aimed at increasing food production.

They can be required to work in the agricultural sector for a 60-day period that can be extended for another 60 days “if the circumstances require it.”

Yep, that’s right!

This from the government held up on a pedestal by the New Left in this country, in spite of the state of the nation in Venezuela.

Now, picture a sick, fractured political party like the Slave Party – a party filled with people that hate each other and everybody else – having this power over the US, and you.  Think for one minute you’re not going to be sent out into the fields for the ‘greater good’?  Think they’ll listen to you, when you explain why socialism, no matter what prefix or adjective you put in front of it, won’t work?

No, they won’t, because all they can see is the short term happiness of making this come true for everyone they don’t like:

To these short sighted people, it’s all about what they can get, and what they can take from you.  Like it, or not, the socialism train is coming, and looking not to take you for a ride, but to run you over.  This is a return to slavery, folks.
